Maintenance Technician

SAPA is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support plant reliability, equipment efficiency and preventive maintenance activities.

The selected candidate will work closely with production and technical teams to ensure machinery and plant systems operate safely and efficiently.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
• Support machine setup, adjustments and technical interventions.
• Record maintenance activities and report recurring issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance.
• Basic mechanical, electrical or electromechanical skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Problem-solving attitude and practical mindset.
• Availability to work according to maintenance priorities.
• Experience in manufacturing plants is considered a plus.
